The administrative head and the Managing Director of Magnum Associates is Mr. S. Govindarajan. He possesses over 30 years of experience in planning, designing, and construction of Residential and Commercial buildings including Factories and Hospitals. Structural Designing is his specialization.

He has significant experience and demonstrated strength in promotion of residential apartments and other buildings. The company has handled Joint Venture (JV) promotions of residential/mixed-residential buildings much to the satisfaction of the land owners by delivering great value and satisfaction and continues to enjoy great relations with all our land owners which is a proof of our values and delivery capability.

As such we undertake construction or residential and commercial building starting from planning to hand over on fixed-cost turnkey basis. We also do interior design works starting from the conception to the final delivery.
